Swim to Fight Cancer

Midpoint Brabant Services Director August de Vocht doesn't hide his enthusiasm for the Swim. "I think it's a fantastic event," he begins. "It's something that brings people together, much like what we do. Although we focus on the Midden-Brabant region and the Swim is in Tilburg, it still has a regional appeal."

Getting to know your colleagues and motivating each other

Midpoint Brabant is proud to be the main sponsor of the Business Swim. August explains, "We believe in helping companies, and there are many ways to do that. The Swim is quite different from the knowledge sessions we regularly organize, but it's a great way to inspire and activate organizations. The goal is very concrete: it has to happen on June 23rd. It's great to participate as a corporate team. It allows you to get to know your colleagues in a different way. You can motivate each other and achieve a remarkable feat as a team while also raising money for a good cause. We fully support that."

A celebration

Midpoint Brabant makes it very attractive for companies to participate. When you sign up your company, you can become a member of Midpoint Brabant for free; the membership costs are approximately equal to the registration fees. August adds, "We want to encourage companies to sign up in this way. I highly recommend everyone to do so. Of course, raising money for cancer research is serious, and there are many tears shed, but on the other hand, the Swim is also a celebration. Of course, Midpoint Brabant will also participate with a corporate team. You can bet that I'll be at the Piushaven that day too!"
